Can I cancel or change my order?
We’re unable to make edits to orders once they’ve been placed—this includes adding or removing items or changing the shipping address. You may request to cancel your order within 45 minutes of placing it.

If your request is received within the 45-minute window and the order has not been processed, we’ll confirm the cancellation by email.
After the 45-minute window, your order will begin processing and can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the order once it arrives, please email support@solmirahome.com to request a return. We will provide return instructions according to our Return Policy.

Can I change the shipping or billing address?

What happens if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
We’re very sorry to hear this. While we take great care in preparing and packaging every order, if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at support@solmirahome.com.

What is the difference between linen and cotton?
Both fibres offer softness, breathability, and durability, but each has its own unique feel and appearance.
Linen features a naturally textured finish with a relaxed, elegant drape—ideal for a timeless, laid-back look.
Cotton, on the other hand, is smooth and crisp, offering a more structured feel similar to classic hotel bedding.
Is cotton bedding right for me?
If you enjoy the crisp, cool feeling of freshly washed sheets, our organic cotton bedding is an excellent choice. It offers a clean, classic look with a soft, comfortable feel against the skin, suitable for year-round use.
Our cotton range is also GOTS and OEKO-TEX® certified, ensuring it is free from harmful substances and produced with more responsible practices.
